GENERAL

The price for accommodation and registration is devided in two parts:

1. Conference registration
2. Accommodation registration

1. Conference registration
   
   
   • Early registration fee (before 31 May 2006)  € 550,00 (including 6% VAT)
   • Late registration fee (from 1 June 2006)  € 650,00 (including 6% VAT)


2. Accommodation registration
   
   Cottages and hotel apartments have a fixed price per cottage for 5 weekdays (see mentioned above) and a varying price, depending on the number of persons staying at the cottage or apartment.
   
   The fixed price can be divided amongst the persons staying in the cottage or apartment. The fixed period in regard to this conference is Monday 11 September to Friday 15 September 2006. Should you stay 3 nights instead of the full 4, you will still have to pay for the full period.
   This fixed price includes:
   
   
   • Gas, water, electricity, cleaning at the end of the stay, access to Aqua Mundo and VAT.
   
   The varying price is per person per night. Should you stay 3 nights instead of the full 4, you will only pay the varying price for these 3 nights. Please fill in your arrival and departure date to make sure you receive the best price.
   This varying price (€ 10,85) includes:
   
   
   • Hotel-service (towel package and daily cleaning), breakfast and tourist tax.
   
   For instance:
   Early registration + accommodation type EH 441 from 11-14 September for 1 person
   € 550,00 + € 471,75 + 3* € 10,85 = € 1.054,30
   
   However, should you decide to share this accommodation type EH 441 with a colleague in the same period the costs per person will be:
   € 550,00 + € 235,88 + 3* € 10,85 = € 818,43
   

REGISTRATION

To register for the conference and/or to book your accommodation, please use the registration form. Because of the possibility to book accommodation for several participants at one time, we ask one person to book and pay the accommodation costs for the total number of people staying in one cottage*.

The other people staying in the cottage have to register and pay for the conference themselves and have to mention on their registration form, the premier person as the one who booked their accommodation.

Registration without accommodation is possible but not advisable because of the remote location of The Eemhof. Accommodation without registration is not possible through the registration form.

Thursday 14 September from 08.00 - 18.00 hrs
Friday 15 September from 08.00 - 14.00 hrs

LOCATION / ACCOMMODATION

As most people might know, Holland has recovered land from the sea in the IJsselmeer or Zuiderzee. This land was made into Holland's 12th province: Flevoland. In the North of this "new" province Center Parcs has created The Eemhof. This park is about 100 m2 and located in the middle of an extensive natural area. Only 10% is used for buildings, the other 90% is forest and water.

All aspects of the 3rd International Conference on Working on Safety will be held in this park, hereby creating a "working on safety village".
Every service this park provides will be at your disposal outside conference hours. The Eemhof has an uncovered market square with olive trees, terraces, shops and restaurants, a swimming pool called Aqua Mundo with a speed surf flow rider, golf, water sports, cinema, mountain biking, climbing, etc. Most activities are inclusive in your accommodation, but some need an extra fee.

Because there is no other accommodation within the vicinity of The Eemhof we advise you to book your accommodation through us. The Eemhof has several possibilities to provide you with accommodation:

• Cottages for 1 to 8 persons
• Maximum of 2 keys per cottage

VIP cottage for max. 4 persons (type EH 441) These cottages are supplied with: 1 bedroom with a double bed 1 bedroom with a twin bed 1 bathroom wit bath and sink 2 separate toilets separate sauna with shower cabin open fire place color TV with multiple (foreign) channels € 471,75 per cottage per period
De Luxe Cottage for max. 4 persons (type EH 821) These cottages are supplied with: 1 bedroom with a double bed 1 bedroom with a twin bed 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 1 bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet 1 bathroom with shower and double sink 1 seperate toilet open fire place color TV with multiple (foreign) channels € 699,00 per cottage per period

Please note: you are not bound by the number of persons mentioned in the cottage description. Should you want to book a 6-persons cottage for 2, just fill out 2 names. Please check the pictures how the beds are arranged per cottage.
